Not sure what I can really say about the week that I’ve had. Nothing surprised or disappointed, it was just life. Sadly I missed out on seeing Ring Di Alarm, Wuthering Heights and the re-release of Finding Nemo, which I was looking forward to. Hopefully I’ll get to all of those in due time. But here’s my weekly tally.
FIRST TIME WATCHED
DREDD (2012) – The action/nonsense relationship is of an acceptable quality and makes for a great theatrical experience. The chin!!!
THE BEST EXOTIC MARIGOLD HOTEL (2011) – ughhh. Boring old people, with Indian characters set in India that feel a bit too philosophized.
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS (SEASON 2 – 5) – A great soap opera show that kept me pressing ‘next’ all week, hence the low film count. I still call Taylor Kitsch ‘Virginia’ everytime he shows up in the show.
