1001 FILMS: THE SEVENTH SEAL (1957)

This past week I continue to whore myself out to other blogs and decided to finally write a review for The Seventh Seal over at Anomalous Material. Here’s a quote from my review:

When Death approaches the knight, while claiming not to fear him, he immediately attempts to buy himself some more time on this mortal world by challenging Death to a game of chess in which the prize is not only the entertainment of the challenge but his life as well.

This is my blog. There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My blog is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my blog is useless. Without my blog, I am useless. I must fire my blog true. I will. Before God I swear this creed: my blog and myself are defenders of my mind, we are the masters of our enemy, we are the saviors of my life. So be it, until there is no enemy, but peace. Amen.
