WHAT I’VE BEEN WATCHING: APR 15TH – APR 21ST

So what should I say about the week gone past? I got in a lot of TV that I’ve been putting off for a long while. Boardwalk Empire must’ve been sitting on my DVR for near a year now before I got around to its second season and oh was it gorgeous. While Game of Thrones wins on story and dialogue Boardwalk Empire is close on both, but the visuals of that show far exceed that of Game of Thrones for me.

Anyways, here’s my weeks diary of film:

FIRST TIME VIEWS

HEATHERS (1989) – Amazing movie, and it has Christian Slater which means it’s 3 times as awesome as it really is because he isn’t good.
DOWNFALL (2004) – I blame myself, but honestly I found it pretty much useless to me.
THE MOST DANGEROUS GAME (1932) – loved the film, it’s just filled with that dastardly villain that today is such a joke to movie villains.
ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT (SEASON 2) – one more season to go before I’m caught up with the mid 2000s
BOARDWALK EMPIRE (SEASON 2) – It’s a series I enjoy a lot, but thanks to the final episode of this season I’m not quite sure if I’ll keep watching

REWATCHED

SPIDER-MAN (2002)“If we can get a picture of Julia Roberts in a thong, we can certainly get a picture of this weirdo.”
INGLORIOUS BASTERDS (2009)“I think this is my masterpiece”
TRAFFIC (2000)“Why are hurricanes named after women?”

THE COUNT

61 First time watches (14 from 2012); 36 Rewatches; 97 Total Films

This is my blog. There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My blog is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my blog is useless. Without my blog, I am useless. I must fire my blog true. I will. Before God I swear this creed: my blog and myself are defenders of my mind, we are the masters of our enemy, we are the saviors of my life. So be it, until there is no enemy, but peace. Amen.
