Last year the world was afire with Taika Waititi love. He gave us a new Thor movie we loved; he had a TV show based on one of his indie films — What We Do In The Shadows — and he even got to help make one of the episodes for The Mandolorian. It was wild. So when you add on top of that having a Oscar winning film in which he plays an imaginary Hitler then you know he’s having a stelar run.
