Dan in Real Life Movie Review

We follow a widower, Dan (Steve Carell), who writes a column for the newspaper where he responds to peoples letters and gives his feelings on their problems. He is taking his three daughters all the way to his parents’ home for the weekend for a big family weekend together. While back home he meets this woman, Marie (Juliette Binoche), in a book store and begins to remember what it feels like to be infatuated by another person, only to find out that she is his brother, Mitch’s (Dane Cook), girlfriend. So we get to watch this train wreck waiting to happen, as Dan attempts to spend this weekend not falling in love with Marie and at the same time survive in this huge family heavy household.

CJ7 Movie Review

Ti (Stephen Chow) is a hard working labourer who doesn’t have much. He is a single father to his only son Dicky (Jiao Xu), who he tries his best to support through private school and teach valuable lessons of how to live a proper dignified life. One day Ti returns home after a hard day of work and hands Dicky a green ball that he found at the dump, for him as a gift. This green ball, which Dicky names CJ7, turns out to be some alien dog type thing and the adventure begins. (more…)

Along the way she meets a broken hearted Café owner, Jeremy; the wife of a drunkard who is trying to divorce him, Sue Lynne (Rachel Weisz); and a female poker hopeful, Leslie (Natalie Portman). Machete News

Last summer Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino released their love child that is Grindhouse. Rodriguez had some fun and made a trailer for a fake film that he titled “Machete” with Danny Trejo (Robert Rodriguez’s second cousin), about a Mexican who is sent to assassinate a politician and is double-crossed and is now seeking revenge against everyone.
